Bermuda Activities and Sightseeing

Below is a list of everything that we think visitors to Bermuda would like to do, see, eat or drink while on our wonderful island.  These are Capt. Brooks and his family and friends personal recommendations; we have experienced all the activities, we have been to all the places, and we frequent those restaurants and bars.  You will not be led astray we promise, so enjoy a social local’s tour of Bermuda…

Fantasea Diving & Watersports – they have everything you ever want to do when it comes to watersports, from a world class dive operation to sunset cruises to paddle boarding & bike tours.

Tommy’s Snorkel Park, beach & Jet ski Safaris –

Bigga Linnel’s Inshore fishing – We don’t do it, but if we did we’d be the best, so this is the guy.  The bonefish here are big, but fewer numbers than the Bahamas and Fla. Keys, however, where else can you sight cast to 10lb plus hogfish(snapper) on the flats?  Ian will hook you up!

Axis Adrenaline Projects – Wakeboarding and waterskiing, an awesome boat and idyllic setting for some big air.

Dolphin Quest – Swim with dolphins in the safe confines of an old stone fortress.

The Bermuda Maritime Museum – Hundreds of years of everything Bermuda attached to the sea, which is essentially……everything.  Very cool place to see and learn.

Crystal Caves – beautiful limestone caverns formed thousands of years ago.

Bermuda Aquarium – Like most others only smaller, but does have a lot of historical facts and a super cool big tank with local fishes, sharks, etc.

The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute – ocean exhibits relevant to Bermuda and around the world such as giant squid, hurricanes, etc.  Unbelievable collection of the world’s seashells and an amazing restaurant for lunch.

Horseshoe Beach, Elbow Beach, Windsor Beach – Bermuda does truly have the best beaches in the world!  I’ve been to many, many others and none compare to these……… they are all good, but these three are the most popular.
